A little something that God brought to mind this morning as I prayed for all those who are hurting, frustrated, confussed and sad. My prayer is that it ministers to your heart.

God, You are my God.

I am your servant.

You rescue and redeem.

I fail, fall and sin-every day.

You forgive, pick up and set right once again.

You are faithful, all the time.

Try as I might, I am still unfaithful to you God.

You love- always.

You teach

You reach

You lead

You help

You actually care about me.

While I am stubborn and choose to fight and push against You. Foolishly trying to prove once again that I can do it on my own.

I can’t.

So, I call out to You, my faithful God-

You are right here.

You never left, no that was me.

You are ready

You are willing

You are more than able

You heal, bandage and care for all my hurts, bumps and bruises.

You surround me, providing what I don’t even know I need.

You love still- beyond what my human mind can fathom.

You are God and there is no other!

You give hope

You give peace

You can be counted on

You are present. Right here, right now. Forever and always-God!
